Operator

The Davos Collective is an independent digital platform owned and operated by Futuristic Consulting AI LLP, India.

Information service

The platform provides independent intelligence, public-source research, directories, event discovery, planning tools, community features and commercial services. Information may be incomplete or change without notice and should be independently verified before material decisions are made. The platform does not provide investment, legal or financial advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

Members must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials and use the platform professionally. Scraping, impersonation, harassment, fraud, attempts to bypass access controls and unauthorised disclosure of member information are prohibited. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties.

Premium membership

Premium membership is offered at CHF 25 per month or CHF 240 per year and renews on the selected billing cycle until cancelled. One Premium subscription supports one verified Person, Company, Organisation or House listing. An additional listing requires an additional subscription. Listings are subject to verification. A listing may be held for review when supplied information cannot be verified.

The Premium crown identifies an approved Premium listing. It is not proof of attendance at Davos, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting or any other event. It does not provide or guarantee event access.

Premium cancellation

A member may cancel future renewal of a Premium subscription at any time through the account controls made available by the platform. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for. No prorated refund is provided for unused time in an active paid period. Refund exceptions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Deal & Introduction Concierge

The CHF 500 Concierge fee covers one 30-minute requirements call. It does not guarantee an introduction, invitation, meeting, transaction or other outcome. Any work following the call is separately scoped and quoted. Once a Concierge call has been scheduled, the fee is non-refundable.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By starting a paid checkout, you authorise the applicable charge and, for Premium membership, recurring charges on the chosen billing cycle until cancellation. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Payment-card credentials should not be sent to us by email.

Events and third parties

Event information is compiled from public organiser and other cited sources. Registration, invitations, pricing, availability and access are controlled solely by the relevant organisers. The Davos Collective does not issue tickets or confirm admission. Participation in official World Economic Forum sessions is determined by the World Economic Forum and the relevant organisers.

Intellectual property

The platform design, original editorial material and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and source material remain the property of their respective owners. Factual references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Davos Collective is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on third-party or public-source information, changes made by event organisers, or outcomes that are outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the services.
